Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All soaps will be shipped by Royal Mail within 3 working days of order. Please get in touch if your parcel hasn't arrived when expected and we will look into it.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all the products we sell are for personal care I'm afraid I can't accept returns unless there is something materially wrong with the product.
If your item arrives damaged then please get in touch straight away with pictures of any damage so suitable exchange/ replacement can happen quickly.
